Where do you pick me up?
Right from your hotel in Mexico City. The Sunrise Flight begins at 4:30 AM; The Classic picks up at 7:00 AM. Both tours return you to the same hotel.
How long is the balloon flight?
The flight lasts 30 to 45 minutes over the Teotihuacรกn valley, timed so you're airborne for sunrise.
What's the difference between the two tours?
The Sunrise Flight ($300) adds the dawn balloon ride over the pyramids, a sparkling-wine toast on landing, and a flight certificate. Both tours include the drive from your hotel, a stop at the unique cave restaurant, and a guided walk through Teotihuacรกn with time to explore on your own โ The Classic ($100) simply starts later and leaves out the balloon.
Is the balloon safe? Who can fly?
Yes โ flights are operated by experienced, certified crews. For safety, passengers should weigh under 280 lbs, be at least 4 years old, not be pregnant, and not be recovering from recent surgery. If you're unsure, message us before booking.
What should I wear and bring?
Mornings in the valley are cold, and it's even cooler up in the balloon, but it warms up a lot by midday, so dress in layers you can peel off. You'll be on your feet plenty at the pyramids, so wear comfortable shoes for walking. Bring your camera; everything else is taken care of.
How do I pay, and will I be with other people?
To reserve, you complete payment upfront securely through Stripe, in USD, per person. Once that's done your spot is confirmed. You'll ride in a comfortable, air-conditioned van, often sharing the trip with a few other travelers in a small group
